The Opportunity

As part of the Integration and Platform Architecture team you manage cloud operations and infrastructure services, delivering client solutions effectively. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity. You leverage your technical knowledge in cloud computing and infrastructure technology to address client needs, manage project lifecycles, and provide specialized knowledge in specific technology domains.

Responsibilities

- Oversee cloud operations and infrastructure services to deliver top client solutions

- Analyze intricate challenges and develop strategic solutions

- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge

- Build and maintain enduring client relationships through clear communication

- Utilize technical proficiency in cloud computing to address client requirements

- Manage project lifecycles from inception to completion

- Provide specialized insights in specific technology domains

- Navigate complex situations with adaptability and foresight

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 3 years of experience

- In lieu of a degree, demonstrating in addition to the minimum years of experience required for the role, three years of specialized training and/or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college is required

- Overseeing support ticketing queues and resolving tickets

- Leading client status meetings and providing recommendations

- Handling client relationships and enabling successful communication

- Offering subject matter knowledge in specific technology domains

- Managing project lifecycle for timely delivery

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
