Financial Business Intelligence Controller Analyst
We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Financial Business Intelligence Controller Analyst.
In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis, and advisory services of the Firm’s financial and capital resources.
This is an Analyst position within our Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross-functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you’ll do in the role:
Maintain and administer IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) databases, including data loading, validation, and structural updates alignment with Atlas requirements
Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues, implement, fixes and deliver system enhancements
Serve as the main point of contact between developers and end users, supporting requirements clarification and smooth delivery
Create and maintain data visualizations using diverse datasets to drive actionable insights and decision-making
Automate reporting workflows and assist in transitioning Excel-based reports to Business Intelligence tools (Cognos, Power BI)
Identify inefficiencies in existing Excel-based processes and help implement sustainable automation solutions
Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to understand reporting needs, align on process improvements, and ensure the successful delivery of automation and analytics solutions
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance/Accounting/Business Informatics or a related field with 1+ years of relevant experience
Experience with ETL tools such as Alteryx or Dataiku, or proficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis
Experience with Business Intelligence tools (TM1, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI)
Expertise in Microsoft Office automation, including advanced Excel (VBA) and Outlook
Strong organizational skills, balancing various projects while maintaining high attention to detail
A proactive approach, taking ownership of initiatives and ensuring successful project delivery
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into complex data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
