    Position Overview

    At Autodesk, we empower innovators everywhere to design and make a better world. We are looking for a highly capable, proactive, and trusted administrative assistant / executive assistant based in Bangalore.

    This role is critical to enabling leadership effectiveness in a fast-moving, global organization. You will act as a strategic administrative partner, anticipating needs, managing complexity, and ensuring the senior leader can focus on high-impact priorities.

    Responsibilities
    • Provide end-to-end administrative support including complex calendar management across global time zones

    • Proactively prioritize meetings and commitments to align with business objectives

    • Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items to closure

    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

    • Serve as a key liaison between the Senior Director and internal/external stakeholders

    • Draft, edit, and coordinate emails, presentations, and executive materials

    • Partner closely with other Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, and cross-functional teams

    • Manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodations, and expenses

    • Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and team events

    • Support expense reporting, purchase orders, and vendor coordination

    • Maintain organized documentation and records

    • Assist with onboarding new team members and team communications

    • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

    • 5+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting Director+ , or equivalent in large Software companies

    • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization

    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate leadership needs

    • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion

    • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

    • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

    • Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence

    • Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented approach

    • Passion for enabling others to do their best work
