A career in our Innovation Development practice, within Innovation services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients' redesign, redefine, and redeploy their assurance and/or tax departments to be a strategic asset across the enterprise. You'll focus on assisting clients as they incorporate increased automation, machine learning, data & analytics, Open Source technologies into their processes to deliver better quality output and contribute more strategically to organisational decision making. Our team helps our clients create a guided path to innovation by developing the right methods that generate insight based ideas, and to select, produce and commercialise the most valuable and viable results. You’ll focus on software driven innovation strategy, software technology diligence, operating model design, software product planning and management, and software architecture and cloud strategy.

- MS SQL Server 2008 or 2012;
- Visual Basic.Net - C#.Net;
- .NET Framework;
- ASP .NET and/or ASP .NET MVC;
- Visual Basic .NET;
- Database Design, MS SQL;
- HTML - Visual Studio .NET;
- MS Teamsystem; and,
- Software Development Lifecycle, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, etc). Demonstrates some proven ability to interact with various levels of client and firm management through both written and verbal communications, emphasizing a client-service orientation to leverage creative problem-solving skills, execute various deliverables simultaneously as both a team member and independently, and research and deliver results of pertinent client, industry, and technical matters.Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and career development.As a tax technical professional, experience researching business and industry trends to develop a point of view to leverage in assisting with proposals.Exposure with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to:
- MS SQL Server 2008 or 2012;
- Visual Basic.Net - C#.Net;
- .NET Framework;
- ASP .NET and/or ASP .NET MVC;
- Visual Basic .NET;
- Database Design, MS SQL;
- HTML - Visual Studio .NET;
- MS Teamsystem; and,
- Software Development Lifecycle, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, etc).
- Innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; and,
- Working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools.

The salary range for this position is: $28.00 - $44.75. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
