Job Description

The Patient Support Program Solution is a subject matter expert in digital and technologies solutions for enabling AbbVie to provide differentiating solutions for patients.  Also identify opportunities to enhance PSP solutions using digital channels and innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assure continuity of business for actual PSPs guarantees PSP successful operation of the new assets and service improvement
  • Give support in the development and implementation of the new EPE programs as required by the affiliate by the hand of the EPE Manager.
  • Guarantee a successful operation of the CRM system and validate an adequate usage by the vendor in coordination with BTS and deliver ad hoc reports.
  • Coordinate the operations of the CRM system including supporting the affiliate, EPE manager, and 3rd party vendor on requests, enhancements, new priorities, as well as understanding and proposing solutions to improve the processes.
  • Maximize the impact of customer service initiatives in benefit of patient treatment adherence and compliance rates.
  • Assure the accomplishment of the KPIs of the different vendors and the follow up of the services and conditions established in the current contracts.
  • Guarantee the continuous growth of the retention rate for patients and physicians in the PSP.
  • Generate dashboards for monitoring all the activities and results for the PSP and delivering them to the different internal stakeholders.
  • Develop all the materials for the PSP promotion among IFT, physicians and patients.
  • Validate a proper use of the CRM system and database.
  • Continuous communication and control with warehouse for the follow up of free good deliveries to patients in PSP.
  • Oversees logistics with courier services and lab tests
  • Identify opportunities of enhancements on current processes and on digitalization of the PSP services.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a directly related area.
  • Expertise in Pharmaceutical industry- and domain- Forecasting, qualitative and quantitative. Analytic thinking, Data visualization
  • Experience with agile software development and usage (Office).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise on CRM Health Cloud
  • Confident, mature, resourceful, desiring to embrace new learning opportunities
  • Working in Matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact well with Senior Manager / Executives and external stakeholders and agencies
  • Diligent individual that can quickly adapt to changes
  • Good organizational skills and attention to details
  • Great team player with a commitment to contribute to the organization’s performance
  • Innovative and risk based thinking.
