You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product stakeholders, data scientists, and engineers to establish a comprehensive understanding of requirements and AI solution design
  • Develop a thorough understanding of business needs, customer requirements, and customer workflows, acquiring domain expertise to identify potential future use cases
  • Assess business requirements and convert them into detailed functional and technical specifications aligned with AI and machine learning capabilities
  • Define AI-driven capabilities, features, and documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Definition Documents (PDDs), and user stories
  • Oversee planning and execution across the entire product development lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and collaborating closely with engineering and operations teams to achieve commercial objectives and customer satisfaction
  • Develop product roadmaps informed by model lifecycle, data dependencies, and feature prioritization
  • Work within an agile team environment that encourages iterative experimentation and robust model validation processes
  • Manage assigned AI initiatives by proactively addressing blockers, risks, and clarifications to ensure timely resolution and project success

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in product management, strategy, or development, including experience managing complex projects, requirements, and cross-functional teams
  • 2+ years in AI technical product management, including experience implementing or integrating with AI solutions
  • Solid understanding of how and when AI can be leveraged to solve real-world problems and when it cannot
  • Demonstrates proficiency in navigating a matrixed organization and effectively managing ambiguity to achieve results
  • Proven self-starter, with the ability to manage initiatives without active guidance


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within Payment Integrity, Revenue Cycle Management, Risk & Quality or related business areas
  • Proven experience collaborating with cloud-based teams, including those operating on Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms
  • Proficiency with requirement tracking tools such as Aha!, Rally, Jira etc; familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
  • Skilled in leveraging data to inform sound business decisions across teams and management
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions and effectively address technical dependencies
  • Demonstrated solid strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align people, strategies, and recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Demonstrated solid technical foundation with a demonstrated capacity to quickly learn new domains
  • Demonstrated excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
