DASSAULT SYSTEMES is looking for a motivated Sales Transaction Support Specialist to join our team working from our Waltham, MA or West Lafayette, IN offices or one of our many offices across the United States, in an onsite/hybrid role.
Manage assigned ALC/YLC software renewals using the Subscription tool, ensuring proactive engagement, accurate tracking, and on-time execution in accordance with established KPIs.
Provide Sales teams with visibility into renewal pipelines to support accurate forecasting, revenue planning, and quarter-close execution.
Present renewal proposals to Customers, Customer Executives (CEs), and Sales Engineers (SEs) at least 90 days prior to contract anniversaries to drive timely bookings and minimize renewal risk.
Track and close renewals within the applicable expiry quarter, identifying risks early and participating in weekly RLC cadence calls to support revenue retention.
Maintain account accuracy and compliance by processing STOPs and TOSs promptly and ensuring system data integrity.
Link all ALC/YLC renewals to corresponding MCE opportunities and maintain accurate opportunity details, including revenue, forecast category, close dates, and status.
Proactively identify and escalate potential quarter-close risks through participation in RLC and Top Deals calls, enabling cross-functional issue resolution.
Stay current on DS Sales Delegation policies, Portfolio SBO rules, and pricing guidelines, and support CEs and SEs with accurate, complete, and well-documented SBO submissions.
Coordinate with Pricing, DVE, Legal, SBA, Sales, and customers to obtain approvals, generate quotations, and resolve order-related issues.
Manage order and license key processes, including non-standard license keys, media orders, expiring key renewals or extensions, and coordination with AG.Keys through completion.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
4+ years’ experience in sales execution
Experience in an integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform preferred
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies and ensure local execution
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to work creatively and adapt to change
Business analysis, leading change, managing projects with multiple tracks and working with Finance systems is a plus
Experience with customer interfacing – providing high level customer support – is preferred
