Join us as an Industry Growth Specialist - High-Tech to help our clients to reach their potential. Together with the Industry Sales Leader you are expected to define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the HighTech Industry in EuroNorth, balancing short-term revenue delivery with long-term sustainable growth; and where appropriate engage in non-commercial market growth strategies, leveraging Public Affairs expertise to build the ecosystem and raise awareness of Dassault Systèmes. The role can be based in The Netherlands ('s-Hertogenbosch) or in the UK.

Role Description and Responsibilities- Translate the global strategy into actionable GEO-level go-to-market plans aligned with annual and 3-year targets, integrating both commercial and non-commercial initiatives where relevant to maximize market impact
- Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and recommend actionable business growth opportunities for the Sales team
- Identify and approach potential clients through various methods, including networking, referrals, events, and digital outreach, aligned with and leveraging GEO Marketing Strategy and Programs
- Develop targeted outreach strategies that resonate with prospective clients and align with overall business goals, aligning with Client Based Marketing
- Action and nurture Marketing generated pipeline, to create business revenue opportunities, focusing on existing plus net-new accounts
- Meeting objectives against plan will be a combination of addressing both the key account but also growing the overall business across an installed base of 300+ accounts and an even larger whitespace. To achieve the latter, we offer an ecosystem of partners, resellers and colleagues ready to execute on the go-to-market plan
- MSc in Business or Economics related discipline
- Proven, successful experience in complex Software Solution Sales, Consulting or Account Management demonstrating value selling approaches
- Strong communication skills, business acumen and proven ability of managing complex and multi-dimensional initiatives
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and develop actionable insights
- Fluent in English is essential
- Proven High-Tech industry knowledge or experience is advantageous and experience from PLM, Simulation is a plus
