AbbVie, una compañía biofarmacéutica global impulsada por la investigación y la innovación, busca un Brand Manager para unirse a nuestro equipo de Inmunología. Este rol es clave para el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marketing que impulsen el crecimiento y la presencia de nuestras marcas líderes en el tratamiento de enfermedades reumatológicas.

Responsabilidades:

  1. Desarrollar y liderar el plan de marca para los productos de Reumatología en Cono Sur, creando y ejecutando estrategias de marketing integrales que refuercen el valor de nuestras marcas en inmunología.
  2. Diseñar e implementar los planes tácticos para las marcas.
  3. Manejar eficientemente el presupuesto asignado para maximizar el retorno de inversión en actividades de marketing y promoción.
  4. Desarrollar, adaptar y actualizar materiales promocionales y contenidos científicos/comerciales, asegurando su alineación con la estrategia de marca y compliance.
  5. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para asegurar una ejecución efectiva en el campo (segmentación, mensajes clave, implementación de proyectos de innovación, entrenamientos).
  6. Liderar iniciativas de lanzamiento, relanzamiento o expansión de indicaciones, en coordinación con equipos regionales y globales.
  7. Analizar de forma continua el entorno competitivo y las tendencias de mercado. Monitorear KPIs de negocio (ventas, market share, penetración, performance de campañas) y proponer planes de acción correctivos. Utilizar insights de mercado y de clientes para refinar la estrategia y el plan táctico.
  8. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos cross-funcionales (ventas, acceso, medical, finanzas, entre otros) para asegurar una ejecución coordinada de la estrategia de marca.
  9. Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud, líderes de opinión, sociedades médicas, entre otros stakeholders.

Purpose

Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position.

Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and In Field Team and develop the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on the delivery of patient-centric strategies including CLM engagement and customization within AbbVie business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope.

  • Collaborate with Brand Team and In-Field Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non HCP stakeholders) and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning, to drive Close Loop Marketing engagement and customization and to populate Brand Plan Insights Chapter.
  • Secure input and cross stakeholder viewpoints in order to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives for the Brand Team review based on Patient Journey findings and challenge and critique Brand Team strategies in order to ensure patient-centricity.
  • Ensure all functional deliverables are consistent with branding and deliver emotional messages aligned to Brand Story.
  • Guide the design and implementation of all marketing activities and include innovative marketing tactics, traditional and non-traditional partnerships, multi-channel opportunities and multi-stakeholder initiatives in order to meet strategic brand objectives.
  • Ensure all in-field materials, strategies and tactics are aligned in order to drive momentum of strategic brand objectives.
  • Lead the development of marketing inputs to Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year Tactical Brand Plan and coordinate preparation of the Long Range Plan to drive brand success.
  • Develop, lead and coach direct reports (if applicable), forecast, monitor brand KPIs, manage budget and brand P&L (if applicable), track ROI measurements for all marketing activities in order to achieve or exceed brand plan objectives.
  • As Brand Team Leader (if applicable)
    • Lead the Brand Team around a brand vision and objectives that are shared by all members.
    • Ensure Brand Team Members contribute to the development of the Brand strategy through the Brand Planning process in line with strategy defined by Global Brand Team, and ensure adequate involvement of multiple functions as relevant for the Brand objectives.
  • • Continuously encourage Brand Team members’ collaboration and foster team spirit.
    • Take accountability and responsibility for Brand Team activities and processes (organize / chair / facilitate Brand Team meetings)

Qualifications

Requisitos:
 

  • Educación: graduado en Marketing, Administración, Ciencias Económicas, Ciencias de la Salud o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 2 años en roles de marketing o gestión de marca en la industria farmacéutica, preferentemente en inmunología.
  • Habilidades analíticas: Fuertes habilidades en análisis de datos y capacidad para traducir insights en estrategias efectivas.
  • Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita; habilidad para presentar ideas/proyectos de manera clara y persuasiva. 
  • Idiomas: nivel intermedio/avanzado de inglés para interacción con equipos regionales y globales, y lectura de información científica y de negocio.
  • Capacidad para liderar y coordinar equipos cross-funcionales.
