Skills and Competencies 

  • 4-6 years of experience in go-to-market, product strategy, or a related commercial role
  • Experience supporting product launches, preferably within finance or tech
  • Understanding of financial services solutions, consumption patterns, and monetization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, customer insights, and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a bias for action

Preferred:

  • Adept at using GenAI tools in GTM related work  
  • A passion for Product launches and a keen eye for what resonates with audiences
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent

Responsibilities 

The Assistant Director, Go-to-Market (GTM) for Digital Content & Innovation will support the development and execution of strategies to launch and scale Moody’s content websites and GenAI solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional with 4-6 years of experience in product strategy and/or GTM, eager to grow their expertise in digital content and GenAI trends. You’ll work closely with product strategy, product development, marketing, sales, and analytics teams, collaborating across Moody’s Analytics to help ensure our innovations achieve maximum impact and adoption  

  • Assist in developing GTM strategies for new web, data, and GenAI products, including market segmentation, target audience identification, and competitive analysis
  • Contribute to value proposition and messaging frameworks that resonate with target customers
  • Support the evaluation of pricing strategies and business models
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning and execution of product launches, ensuring teams are aligned and prepared
  • Help manage GTM timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Assist in the creation of sales enablement tools and training materials
  • Collaborate with marketing on the development of marketing collateral
  • Support the planning and execution of migration strategies from legacy websites to new platforms, ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience
  • Serve as a GTM liaison between product development, content teams, marketing, sales, and business development
  • Ensure effective communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for GTM initiatives and report on effectiveness
  • Analyze launch performance, identify areas for improvement, and support iterative optimizations.
