Role Summary Responsible for acquiring new business for a given territory. Coaches and inspires team members to achieve/exceed their targets. Participates in target setting procedures, sets clear expectations for team members, and provides market reviews to leadership. Motivates the team and creates an inclusive and diverse environment. May be responsible for leading and developing a team of less experienced people who would typically identify and introduce leads to other team members to close. Experience Typical number of years' experience - Not required but as a guide when coupled with education 5+ years for Bachelor's 3+ years for Master's People management 0-3 years Education Bachelor's or Master's or equivalent experience Functional/ Technical Skills Effective coach in managing diverse teams Excellent analytical skills Impactful communicator Proficient in English. Supported market's local language is desirable. Role Expectations • Works with staff to develop individual development plans addressing employee needs and meeting team goals. • Evaluates performance regularly, identifying learning needs. • Provides constructive feedback to encourage ongoing development. • Clarifies roles, accountabilities, and decision-making among team members. • Helps team members prioritize and link daily work to broader objectives. • Manages workloads to ensure all team members are fully deployed and skills are matched to work requirements. • Hires and onboards new team members. • Articulates the presenting business issue impacting own team and helps develop the rationale for addressing it (e.g., impact on satisfaction scores or team revenues). • Assists in the identification and analysis (e.g., cost/benefit, risk) of potential solutions to address the business need. • Helps determine the recommended solution, documenting the business case for change and sharing with team leadership. • Applies deep knowledge of standard contract terms and conditions to help answer customer* questions. • Builds productive relationships with legal resources; partners to develop appropriate contract terms for simple contracts. • Seeks assistance from senior staff to negotiate simple or short-term contracts. • Meets with customers* to discuss needs and seek feedback on value of products or services. • Interprets data relative to the performance of products, services, and solutions against customer needs/expectations to ensure the customer* recognizes and receives value. • Identifies and communicates the value of the company’s products, services, and solutions to the customer* and the benefit that can be accomplished. • Demonstrates compelling rationale while explaining ideas to gain support to resolve issues and effectively influence others. • Offers alternatives and suggestions to address areas of differences to find a common ground. • Considers the situation from the point of view of the other party to identify a common ground; calculates the costs and benefits of possible solutions and the implications of not reaching an agreement. • Evaluates current team projects or goals and identifies the relevant skills and expertise needed to accomplish them. • Plans for and distributes necessary financial/material resources to ensure accomplishment of team goals. • Tracks resource use to ensure minimal waste and reduce duplication of efforts. • Understands complex offerings and tailors solutions to meet the unique needs of the customer*. • Has advanced understanding of products, technologies, offerings, etc., and coaches other colleagues in building their knowledge. • Leverages knowledge of competitors’ products and services as well as their strengths and weaknesses to compare choices.Accommodation requests
