Work You'll Do

Lead the design, support, and optimization of Windows-based systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include:

• Administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
• Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software
• Troubleshooting system issues and applying patches/updates
• Implementing backup and recovery strategies
• Monitoring performance and automating tasks via PowerShell
• Supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining system documentation

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Windows systems administration experience
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Advanced skills in: Active Directory (AD), Windows AD, Windows Administration, Patch Management, Team Leadership
• Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; IIS 10, FIM 2010, MIM 2016; WSUS, SCOM
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg
• Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
• Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes

Preferred:

• Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CASP+, CISSP
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, and end users
