Key Responsibilities:
Support the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team in the following activities:
- Prepare and deliver Financial Forecasts: LBE’s, Plan and LRP.
- Perform data consolidation and systems accuracy in coordination with AREA HQ, FSS and Internal Stakeholders.
- Meet month-end / year-end submissions and reporting deadlines, run performance analysis between Actual and Benchmarks.
- Collaborate with Brand Finance team for an appropriate, timely and accurate data consolidation.
- Monitor budget trends of different departments (Market Access, Customer Excellence, Corporate and Government Affairs, Support Functions, Medical Dept) through category spending analysis.
- Consolidate sales incentives and monitor the approval process until final payment.
- Consolidate Headcount and organizational changes interacting with HR to deliver accurate counting and variances comments (with the support of FP&A Mgr).
- Interact with other Departments and AREA HQ to implement new systems and processes.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Economics/Management Engineering
- Previous experience in Consultancy, Pharma industry or related field
- Excel advanced proficiency
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others as well as independently
- Able to handle multiple tasks with resilience
- Decision making, Drive for results
- Analyses and synthesis skills
- Values of integrity, compliance and speak up
- Thinking beyond the obvious and do not stop at the first answers
