Job Details
- Ensure incentive programs are field appropriate and operationalised.
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of customer / partner migration programs.
- Assist with identified pain points that prevent channel take up of Zoom propositions.
- Zoom Up 3.0 specialist, roll out of program, feedback, expert overlay to CAM/DCAM team for partner engagements.
- Zoom Up Services implementation. Roll out of program, recruitment of partners, channel capabilities services mapping.
- Develop with stakeholders Operational Onboarding for all partner types.
- Own global provided and local promotions, incentives and rebates. Design, approval, implementation, and close-loop feedback and tuning.
- 5+ years of SaaS software industry experience with strong partner expertise and demonstrable strategic channel skills
- In-depth knowledge of EMEA channel dynamics to accelerate adoption and enablement of Zoom's channel GTM strategy
- Seasoned professional capable of resolving diverse issues creatively and analysing data to devise effective solutions
- Excellent judgment in selecting methods for problem-solving with minimal day-to-day supervision
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, understand metrics, and present insights to management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including ability to present to executives and key decision-makers
- Proven ability to network with internal and external stakeholders and deliver customized presentations via web conference
- Positive attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills and flexibility to travel when needed
