In Oracle data and analytics at PwC, you will utilise Oracle's suite of tools and technologies to work with data and derive insights from it. You will be responsible for tasks such as data collection, data cleansing, data transformation, data modelling, data visualisation, and data analysis using Oracle tools like Oracle Database, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Visualization, and Oracle Machine Learning.

The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics Engineering team, you will oversee multiple multidisciplinary teams consisting of data scientists, software engineers, front-end developers, and other specialists in the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of end-to-end AI solutions. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining the utmost standards of quality and integrity. This role offers the chance to shape the future of AI at PwC, fostering innovation and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in developing AI solutions
- Establish strategic objectives to drive innovation and business growth
- Mentor and develop future leaders within the organization
- Maintain adherence to rigorous standards of quality and integrity in every project
- Foster collaboration across various departments to enhance project outcomes
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of end-to-end AI systems
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement
- Identify market trends and leverage them to create competitive advantages
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role managing multiple multidisciplinary teams
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
- Proven track record of hands-on AI solution delivery
- Experience managing large-scale AI development projects
- Depth in advanced analytical techniques including NLP and optimization
- Experience with MLOps tooling and practices
- Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP systems
- Proficiency with containerization and microservice architectures
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL storage technologies
- Contributions to AI/ML open-source projects or publications
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
