Job Summary:

Provides operational support ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency, accuracy, and availability of IT resources for end users under close supervision. Must work collaboratively with others.

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as a point of contact for customers for service related inquiries and maintains relationships with key customers and suppliers. Performs IT support for assigned area(s) according to documented processes. Diagnoses and problem solves issues with IT hardware or software components with direction. May require ability to install, configure, or disposition IT hardware and/or application issues. Performs initial troubleshooting of assigned issues per department standards and escalates if unable to resolve. Uses Incident Management system to manage reported issues or requests submitted by end users and log any actions or support provided. Assists with additional IT responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary:

Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description – IT Support Associate (Level II)

Location: NRP SEZ, Pithampur

Role Type: Full-Time – JM Role

Role Overview

Strong understanding of the IT system, MFG equipment’s and hands on experience with plant operations, Candidate will play full time Cummins associate role as an IT Support Associate – Level II.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Hardware & Network Support Provide end-to-end support for all hardware and networking issues to ensure smooth business operations without interruptions.
  2. Manufacturing machine installation and support
  3. Oracle ERP – Label Printing Support Troubleshoot and resolve label printing issues integrated with Oracle ERP systems.
  4. System Installation & On-Ground IT Support
  5. Install systems, machines and related equipment at the plant. Provide in-person support for ongoing and upcoming IT projects, reducing travel dependencies and costs.
  6. Coordination with IT Partners
  7. Work with external IT partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of IT application issues.
  8. SOP Management Ensure all IT related SOPs are created, updated and followed consistently to minimize errors and improve process accuracy.

Backup & Data Management

Maintain regular backups for all plant-level applications and ensure data availability for business continuity.

  1. Plant Manager Support Provide support to the Plant Manager on regular and ad-hoc activities related to IT and operations.

Key Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong understanding of hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP (label printing and transactions)
  • Basic understanding of IT security and compliance
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and partners
