Autodesk is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead high‑impact teams building the next generation of AI‑powered Test Automation solutions for Cloud and Desktop application. This role offers the chance to shape intelligent platforms used by millions worldwide, while mentoring top talent and driving engineering excellence.

Responsibilities
Lead teams in designing and delivering scalable cloud and desktop applications.
Drive adoption of AI agents, LLMs, and automation frameworks into engineering workflows.
Own business outcomes and ensure engineering excellence across projects.
Recruit, mentor, and inspire high‑performing engineers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define vision, priorities, and delivery plans.
Champion Agile practices, DevOps, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of software development experience; 5+ years in leadership roles.
Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript.
Hands‑on with AWS, One of the Automation framework - Playwright, Cypress, Pytest.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and strong teamwork
Self-motivated and proactive in driving quality improvements
Able to work independently to deliver high-quality outcomes based on general objectives with minimal supervision.
AI Technical Skills
AI Agent Development (LangGraph or similar frameworks).
LLM integration & prompt engineering (RAG patterns, context management).
AI‑driven test automation for UI/API testing.
Python async/await architecture; MCP or similar protocols.
