Job Purpose
This position is part of the Transportation Engineering Team. This role will be responsible for helping support the creation and maintenance of Transportation and Specialty product finishing designs, BOMs, cost estimates, and maintenance of reference documentation. This role will also support Applications Engineering with tasks such as data studies and application reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze warranty claims data to identify trends
- Scrub, confirm and organize large datasets for reporting and analysis
- Develop automated reports
- Support continuous improvement by providing data-driven insights
Strong attention to detail and organization skills. This role is hybrid reporting to the Springfield, MO MoVac as required.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Working toward a degree in Engineering or a related field.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SolidWorks preferred.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions across teams and with external contacts.
