Responsible for learning and onboarding in various programs and functions across the organization in 3-6 month spells, seeking to further comprehension of the company and its workings for accelerated growth and progression within the organization.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Shadowing and working with individuals within various organizational roles, learning complex skills and inner company comprehension, including but not limited to site experience, product training and mentorship program work.
Demonstrating a high technical comprehension, including strong aspects of a conceptual and analytical mindset, proving an ability to innovate and improve processes where necessary.
Maintaining a close and strong relationship with all colleagues and stakeholders, showing a true ability to lead and motivate others.
Proving a high-level comprehension of the company’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility where applicable, typically achieving discipline within a given role after approximately twelve months.
An Entry Professional (P1) applies broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education. May require the following proficiency: • Work is closely supervised. • Problems faced are not typically difficult or complex. • Explains facts, policies and practices related to job area.
