Skills and Competencies

  • 3–5 years of experience with industry‑standard data transformation, business intelligence, and data engineering solutions using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
  • High proficiency and hands‑on expertise in Power BI
  • Proficient in SQL, with experience handling structured and unstructured data
  • Knowledge of Python and PySpark preferred
  • Familiarity with low‑code tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, and Power Apps preferred
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices
  • Knowledge of Jira, Git, and agile methodologies preferred
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Support operational processes within the Data and Analytics team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning
  • Contribute to the creation of process documentation (SOPs) and help define standardized operational guidelines
  • Provide support for business intelligence and data engineering solutions while ensuring timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests
  • Maintain and monitor automation, data, and BI environments to ensure optimal system performance and reliability
  • Assist in managing security controls and access management to safeguard data integrity
  • Manage and track team activities in Jira, including incident logging, task assignment, sprint planning, and tracking issue resolutions
  • Track and document automation, Agentic AI, GenAI, data, and BI use cases across the team
  • Support Agentic AI and GenAI application environments, including managing post‑production and security operations
  • Monitor and report operational metrics to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement
  • Maintain thorough documentation and transparent communication to promote clarity and accountability

About the Team
The Automation Operations & Innovation Team is a dynamic group within the Data and Analytics department focused on driving operational efficiency and digital transformation through automation, generative AI, business intelligence, and data management. The team brings together developers, analysts, and process managers to design and implement scalable, data‑driven solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Automate, and Python. With a strong culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, the team enhances enterprise‑wide strategic initiatives by streamlining workflows, improving data quality, and integrating emerging technologies.
