Skills and Competencies

  • 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation, process automation, or data engineering
  • Practical experience with large language models, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and agentic AI patterns
  • Strong knowledge of Data Engineering Platform like Microsoft Fabric/ Databrick or Informatica PowerCenter Suite V10.4 and above, data warehouse, multiple database platforms, and ETL expertise
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas).
  • Develop APIs and middleware solutions to enable seamless data flow between systems
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and API integration patterns
  • Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies
  • Strong familiarity with systems automation principles with intermediate hands-on experience with scripting technologies (Python, VBA, Perl, PowerShell, VBS, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge on different software workload automation and monitoring tools like (BMC Remedy, Control M, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, Nagios and Splunk)
  • Experience with data quality tools and methods (such as data profiling, validation, cleansing, etc., via SQL/SOQL).
  • Business process knowledge and work experience with ERP / Cloud systems within SAP, HCM, Finance and CRM domains.
  • Strong customer focus and follow-up skills are necessary.
  • Must be well-organized, with superior relationship-building and management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must be able to stay focused under pressure.
  • Must have the ability to understand business issues and translate them to IT priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Process management skills
  • Deep expertise in artificial intelligence, with a track record of implementing advanced AI solutions to drive strategic transformation and operational efficiency. Strong experience using AI tools to lead innovation initiatives

Education

  • University bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Complete understanding of the standard policy, ownership and implementation of the Event, Incident, Request, Problem and Knowledge Management disciplines
  • Responsible for triaging and escalating any production issue affecting application outages per procedures.
  • Communicate with users and all those that contact support team in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
  • Participates in Project, M&E, Project transition and UAT’s to enhance individual knowledge and build on the knowledge required to build and support the application
  • Properly document all requests and issues within tickets utilizing support of multiple ticketing platforms such as Salesforce, Service Now and Jira etc.
  • Evaluate/Develop new automation capabilities and solutions
  • Manage SOX lifecycle, including scoping, documentation, tests of design and effectiveness, reporting
  • Validate operating effectiveness of SOX controls and deliver a quality work product, free of errors and on time.
  • Act as a first point of escalation and provide up-to-date status to all stakeholders including senior management on incidents and requests.
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure support and delivery teams to establish best practices and improve performance.
  • Partnership with Informatica Development and Other Integration teams for system upgrade, user administration and downstream application related impact analysis.
  • Own the delivery of Application maintenance related operational activities to the Business and IT stakeholders

The team partners closely with senior leaders, product teams, and key stakeholders across the enterprise to drive operational excellence while also advancing innovation, including the adoption and enablement of AI-driven capabilities. By bringing structure, clarity, and rigor to complex environments, Corporate Systems team members contribute to high-impact work that improves how technology is delivered, operated, and evolved across the organization—helping ensure Moody’s systems are resilient, forward-looking, and positioned for continued growth.

Annual base salary gross: €53,300.00 to €85,300.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
