Skills and Competencies
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience required
  • Business systems analysis experience required
  • Experience with one of the Risk Management platforms including IBM OpenPages, RSA Archer, Fusion Risk Management or Metric Stream preferred
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) for documentation and analysis
  • Skilled in prompt engineering for generative AI applications
  • Prior experience or knowledge of Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance or other GRC domains
  • Ability to collaborate with technical team on AI initiatives
  • Experience with JIRA or other issue and project tracking software applications
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable tasks
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines
  • Must possess strong initiative and a get-it-done attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate and assist teams in resolving complex analytical and technical issues
  • Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with the ability to create innovative solutions
  • Client‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented with ability to support clients across multiple locations
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops, gathering user requirements and confirming stakeholder sign‑off
  • Capable of managing stakeholder expectations effectively regarding adherence to standards and delivery dates
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Experience in an Agile working environment; SCRUM certification preferred
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
  • Undergraduate/first‑level degree (e.g., bachelor’s degree) in a related field required
Responsibilities
Serve as the functional business analyst supporting development and enhancement work across Risk Management, Internal Audit and Resiliency platforms.
  • Serve as the business analyst for development projects on Risk, Internal Audit and Resiliency platforms
  • Elicit business and functional requirements and document current and future state business process flows
  • Partner with product owners to craft user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria supporting agile delivery
  • Develop data flow diagrams for workflows, integrations and reporting to support technical design processes
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical leads and QA leads to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue management
  • Lead user acceptance testing by gathering test scenarios, developing scripts, triaging defects and capturing sign‑off
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, technical teams and QA throughout implementations, providing feedback on project artifacts and testing new functionality
  • Provide demonstrations of and documentation for new system features
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency
  • Document requirements in user stories and UI mockups
  • Work with vendors, developers, SCRUM Master and Product/Process Owners to reach consensus on solutions
  • Ensure designs are signed off and prioritized through the SCRUM process
  • Ensure all requirements and designs are adequately documented through collaboration with development teams and process owners
  • Assist QA in executing and documenting test scenarios and test cases
