Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist and Senior Salesforce QA on the project, you will establish, standardize, and drive end-to-end QA strategy and execution for the large-scale program. This role owns QA governance, test planning, agile/SAFe-aligned testing cadence, quality metrics, and release readiness across multiple teams delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud capabilities in a complex, security-sensitive environment.
  • Establish and lead program-wide QA governance, standards, templates, and quality gates (entry/exit criteria).
  • Define and manage the end-to-end test strategy aligned to Salesforce release cycles and milestones.
  • Plan and execute SAFe/Agile staggered testing (sprint, regression/hardening, release validation) across parallel workstreams.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, DevOps/Release, and Security for defect prevention, triage, and deployment readiness.
  • Implement quality metrics and reporting and lead quality/readiness reviews (coverage, trends, leakage, cycle time, stability).
  • Lead execution and continuous improvement: Sales/Service Cloud test coverage, integrations/data/access testing, defect management, team mentoring, and test tooling (manual/automation).

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce QA environments (enterprise-scale preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience establishing QA processes and scaling them across multiple Agile teams
  • Strong knowledge of Agile testing practices, including shift-left quality, sprint-based testing, and regression strategies for frequent releases
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable leading governance and driving decisions
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 20-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting Federal programs and working within security, compliance, and audit-focused delivery environments
  • Prior experience as a QA resource on large programs with multiple releases and integrated systems
  • Experience with test management and defect tracking tools commonly used in Agile programs (e.g., Jira/Xray/Zephyr or similar)
  • Experience implementing or overseeing test automation for Salesforce (framework/tooling specifics as applicable to your environment)
