Key Responsibilities
- Maintain knowledge of & visibility to sales crediting process & business rules of the franchise.
- Understand data needs of Franchise & actively participates & monitor data onboarding process for any new data sources per Franchise needs.
- Thorough understanding of different types of data sources & their granularity.
- Retail, Non-Retail, Patient data, Direct, VA/DOD, chargeback & their implementation for IC.
- Lead team member for monitoring & understanding Incentive Data Audit process which is conducted quarterly & monthly for Franchises.
- Perform thorough analysis of Geography level sales data to identify any trend breaks.
- Ensure accurate data inputs, & business rules are being followed, & timelines are met.
- Analyze IC data to resolve business inquiries & identify trends in IC results.
- Respond timely & accurately to field sales inquiries & work closely with sales & marketing teams & all internal departments.
Education & Experience
Must possess a BA/BS in electronics engineering, computer science or related engineering area & 2 years of work experience analyzing large & complex data sets & providing reporting insights. Of experience required, must have: (i) 2 years preparing, in writing & orally, presentations for peers, business stakeholders; (ii) 2 years working with Excel, SQL & PowerPoint; (iii) 1 year analyzing business requirements & sales data for incentive payout calculations using analytical tools including Excel & SQL; & (iv) 1 year performing data analytics with a pharmaceutical company.
Work experience may be gained concurrently.
Salary Range: $142,000.00 - $202,500.00 per year.
