Watch this video to learn more about Citi

The Digital Learning Product Manager,  Content Libraries is a senior individual contributor within the Digital Learning & Talent Technology (DLTT) organisation, accountable for the product ownership, delivery, and operational management of Citi’s enterprise digital learning content platforms. Operating with moderate to high autonomy, this role leads complex, cross‑functional initiatives and serves as the primary point of accountability for content library platforms, including vendor performance, roadmap execution, operational stability, and stakeholder outcomes.

The role requires deep functional expertise in learning technologies, strong execution discipline, and the ability to influence across Technology, Shared Services, Risk, and global stakeholders without direct authority. The VP Product Manager contributes to DLTT strategy through execution, insights, and recommendations, translating broader organisational objectives into scalable, compliant, and learner‑centric platform outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Serves as product owner for assigned digital learning content platforms, accountable for platform health, enhancements, adoption, and performance
  • Translates DLTT strategy and stakeholder needs into a prioritised product roadmap, balancing learner experience, operational efficiency, risk requirements, and technical constraints
  • Makes day‑to‑day product and configuration decisions within established governance frameworks
  • Independently leads large, complex initiatives or multiple concurrent workstreams, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
  • Owns end‑to‑end execution from intake through implementation and stabilisation, ensuring commitments are met
  • Identifies, escalates, and drives resolution of risks, issues, and control gaps in partnership with Technology and Operations
  • Manages strategic vendor relationships for content libraries, including performance oversight, roadmap discussions, issue management, and contractual adherence
  • Influences vendor priorities to align with Citi requirements while operating within defined commercial and governance boundaries
  • Evaluates and adopts new platform capabilities in alignment with business outcomes and operational readiness
  • Accountable for operational excellence across assigned platforms, including reporting accuracy, data integrity, integrations, and stakeholder communications
  • Partners with Shared Services and Technology teams to ensure stable operations, effective controls, and sustainable support models
  • Drives continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and reporting to increase transparency and efficiency
  • Acts as a trusted advisor to learning, business, and technology partners, providing expert guidance on platform capabilities, trade‑offs, and risks
  • Uses structured problem‑solving and root cause analysis to address issues and recommend solutions
  • Builds strong working relationships across a matrixed, global environment, demonstrating sound judgment, influence, and professional diplomacy
  • Maintains strong awareness of learning technology and content delivery trends, applying insights to improve existing platforms
  • Contributes to innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance learner experience, analytics, and platform effectiveness

What we'll need from you:

  • Experience in project, program, or product management roles
  • Experience working with learning platforms or content libraries
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving Technology, Operations, and external vendors
  • Strong understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies; experience using delivery tools such as JIRA
  • Experience with enterprise learning platforms (e.g., Pluralsight, Udemy, Degreed, Docebo, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, build relationships, and operate effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Experience managing vendor performance and driving accountability
  • Operates with limited supervision, independently managing priorities and execution
  • Leads initiatives that are enterprise‑scale or globally impactful within a defined functional domain
  • Influences outcomes across multiple teams and vendors without formal authority

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
