Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-driven solutions using Python and related frameworks.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and deliver user stories/features within committed timelines.
• Apply knowledge of multiple software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define scope and design solutions.
• Understand product architecture and propose enhancements, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and performance improvements.
• Participate in design reviews, test case reviews, and production readiness reviews for new releases; provide inputs for Go/No-Go decisions.
• Support QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change maintenance.
• Work closely with business teams, onshore partners, deployment, and infrastructure teams.
• Comply with company policies, employment terms, and directives, including flexibility in work arrangements and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc / M.Tech (Minimum 16 years of formal education; correspondence courses not considered).
• Experience:
  • 4+ years of Python development experience.
  • Strong experience Python and AIML. 
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (EKS, ECR, SNS, Lambda, S3).
  • Experience with container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Strong SQL and MySQL experience.
  • Testing experience with JUnit/Groovy/Cucumber.
  • Familiarity with Elasticsearch and Logstash.
  • Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps environments.
  • AI Persona - AI Builder .
  • Healthcare domain knowledge.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a global environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Healthcare. 
• Knowledge of GitHub Actions.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with DevOps toolsets.
