Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner supporting Visa Brazil leadership in developing deal strategies, structuring agreements, reviewing and approving proposals, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate across business units to identify opportunities with existing and new clients that drive growth and profitability while ensuring compliance with global processes and governance standards.
- Deliver high-quality analysis of deal structures, apply and promote best practices to optimize outcomes and mitigate risks.
- Co-develop financial proposals with Sales teams, validate projections, optimize risk-adjusted returns, and ensure alignment between financial and commercial terms.
- Perform robust financial analysis, presenting key drivers, themes, and risks across multiple scenarios with clear business and financial insights.
- Partner with business teams to achieve strategic priorities through deal execution and portfolio management.
- Apply strategic thinking to all deals, act as a solution-oriented advocate for approvals and execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders as legal, finance, contract management to ensure contracts meet governance and compliance requirements.
- Lead quantitative analyses to assess profitability and strategic metrics, identifying opportunities for Visa in Brazil.
- Actively engage with LAC, global, and regional counterparts to share best practices and represent Brazil’s perspective in global decision-making.
- Demonstrate emerging leadership and strong execution within the LAC deal governance process, balancing compliance with business needs.
- Support Brazil Deal Team leadership through continuous learning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
- 5 more years of experience with a bachelor’s degree in finance, Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong business and multi-functional experience are a plus.
- Proven ability to lead financial processes and deliver results.
- Advanced modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills, capable of structuring complex problems and quantifying impact.
- Proficiency in Python for financial data analysis is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills as pivot tables, macros, formulas.
- Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
- Solution oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ability to balance governance with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with business contracts, international exposure is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse audiences and facilitate discussions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver time-sensitive outputs.
- Fluency in English required.
