About the team

As the Agent Marketing team, we drive all marketing activities for our Agent- and Partner-facing audiences. We transform product, program, and brand strategies into compelling narratives that empower our sales and service teams to support partners with confidence.

Our work spans content development, visual storytelling, product education, communications, and sales enablement, making us a key connector between creative vision and business impact.

About the role

As a Visual Designer on our Marketing Activation team, you will play a key role in visually bringing our product and program stories to life. Your creative work will help drive engagement and understanding among our partners and internal teams, directly impacting the success of our sales and marketing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with other creative professionals to develop compelling visual assets that align with Zillow’s brand standards and support our business goals.

You Will Get To

  • Design digital assets, ads, infographics, motion graphics, and cross-channel creative for launches and campaigns.

  • Conceptualize, pitch, and design infographics, charts, and other visual assets to support product and program launches.

  • Create video briefs, develop storyboards, and produce animated or live video content for internal and external audiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual content meets strategic objectives.

  • Oversee various aspects of visual content production, working closely with other creative teams.

  • Translate complex business concepts into engaging and accessible visual content.

  • Maintain consistency with Zillow’s brand standards across all visual materials.

  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve visual storytelling within the team. 

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for visual storytelling.

  • Skilled in conceptualizing and executing innovative design ideas.

  • Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design aesthetics and brand alignment.

  • Proficient with modern design, motion, and data visualization tools—including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, Canva, After Effects, Blender or equivalent motion/3D platforms, as well as AI-based creative tools—to accelerate high-quality production.

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Marketing experience in content design, creative video, visual storytelling, or related roles.

  • Able to translate business concepts into engaging infographics, illustrations, animations, and other visual content.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your visual storytelling and design work.
