  • Proactively identify and execute gifting opportunities to strengthen relationships and foster long-term loyalty
  • Own end-to-end execution of gifting initiatives, including ideation, design, sourcing, and ordering
  • Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and budgets for all gifts and merchandise to ensure cost-effective and timely execution
  • Coordinate with Fulfillment to monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
  • Brainstorm, develop, and lead creator merch initiatives to increase brand awareness and community, including merch drops, campaigns, events, contests, and giveaways
  • Work with the marketing team to create and manage swag and merchandise materials for events, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality execution
  • Identify opportunities for brand partners to contribute products to gifting initiatives, encouraging brand tagging and increasing product visibility
  • Support and assist with gifts and branded merchandise for brand contacts as needed, partnering cross-functionally with Customer Success teams
  • Partner with Creator Social and Community teams to design creator merchandise that aligns with the brand, creator needs, and social-sharing potential
  • Build and maintain a scalable gifting playbook, including guidelines for timing, personalization tiers, and brand standards
  • Track and analyze creator engagement, retention, and gifting campaign KPIs, surfacing notable trends to inform community initiatives and drive reactivation
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Bring a strong eye for design and branding, with experience creating visually compelling, on-brand assets like printed materials, merch, and branded items
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of what creators are excited to receive and share, translating the brand into thoughtful, trend-forward physical and digital touchpoints
  • Can take high-level creative concepts and bring them to life thoughtfully and cohesively, considering all aspects of the creator experience
  • Stay tapped into social trends, creator culture, and online community behaviors, bringing creative ideas to life through timely and authentic engagement strategies
  • Have a genuine passion for building and maintaining relationships, demonstrating empathy and care in every interaction
  • Work efficiently with high attention to detail, prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exhibit a self-starter attitude, acting and reacting professionally in challenging situations, and proactively driving projects
  • Thrive in cross-functional environments, balancing independent execution with strong collaboration and openness to feedback

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in influencer, brand advocacy programs, or social media marketing, with exposure to curating merch/PR materials, developing influencer gifting, and/or creating experiences end-to-end
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva (or similar platforms) to independently design or communicate design needs for assets
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field

Additional Details:

  • Travel: 15-20% for events and gifting support
  • Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
  • Remote/Virtual

Total Compensation

  • Employee stock options
  • Opportunities for growth and leadership in a fast-growing company
  • Collaborative, innovative, positive, team-oriented culture
