Principais responsabilidades:
- Desenvolvimento de materiais promocionais, seguindo da RDC Nº96, e produção dos mesmos
- Gestão do orçamento da marca
- Apoiar o gerente de produto na elaboração do Plano de Marca e no Plano Funcional
- Submeter eventos no sistema interno, apoiar a logística e organização dos mesmos
- Apoio na contratação de HCPs
- Gerenciar convites e documentação para eventos com HCPs e fornecedores
- Elaborar relatórios de frequência e pesquisas de atividades educativas
- Executar tarefas administrativas: emissão de pedidos de compra (POs), faturamento, pagamentos e provisões
- Atuar em sistemas digitais como SAP e plataformas de BI para monitoramento de KPIs
- Gerenciar aprovação de materiais educacionais no sistema interno
- Interface com outras áreas pertencentes ao time da marca (acesso, medical, treinamento, etc)
- Suporte à força de vendas
- Ensino superior completo em Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing, Administração ou Farmácia
- Domínio de ferramentas digitais: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, pacote Office e Power BI
- Experiência prévia na área de marketing farmacêutico
- Inglês avançado
