Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Owning daily production support for Oracle Fusion Financials, including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
• Executing and monitoring Create Accounting, validating results, and coordinating exceptions with Payroll
• Driving month-end/period-close activities, including reconciliations, data validation, and defect fixes
• Building and troubleshooting BICC extracts and BI Publisher reports to support AR/AP reporting needs
• Managing transactional operations such as FBDI/ADFDI loads, supplier setup/updates, invoice updates, and tracking change requests in Jira and tickets in ServiceNow

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• 4+ years configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• 3+ years experience with Payroll Accounting in Oracle Fusion Cloud, including Create Accounting execution and reconciliation
• 3+ years performing month-end and period-close activities in Oracle Fusion Financials, including account reconciliations and error resolution
• 4+ years building or troubleshooting data extracts and reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and BI Publisher
• 2+ year hands-on experience with File-Based Data Import (FBDI) or Application Development Framework Desktop Integration (ADFDI) file-based data imports for suppliers, invoices, or journal entries
• 2+ year experience administering or triaging tickets in ServiceNow and managing change requests in Jira
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

• Oracle Cloud Financials Certification (any one of: Payables, Receivables, or General Ledger)
• 4+ years querying Oracle Fusion application tables using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data validation and reconciliation
• 2+ year experience designing or supporting Bronze/Silver/Gold data-layer architectures for analytics or reporting
• 2+ year experience with AR/AP reporting domain design, including subject area and data model mapping
• Experience with FBDI template customization or automation
• Experience leading incident triage or acting as primary on-call for Oracle Cloud Financials production support

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $142,000.
