As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will manage, organize, maintain, and continuously improve our Talent Acquisition systems, tools, processes and associated resources to align with the organization's strategy, brand, and current and future talent acquisition needs. You'll d evelop and lead a high performing and diverse talent acquisition coordinator team , ensuring speed and quality of hires, along with stakeholder satisfaction, and legal compliance.
Position Type : This is a regular, full-time position .
Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 80,099 .00 and $ 9 0,000.00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location: Priority for this US-based position will be given to applicants who are willing and able to work two days a week from our Tempe, AZ office. Fully remote candidates must reside in the Pacific or Mountain time zones to be considered.

Envision Your Experience .
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Supervise Talent Acquisition administrative team members.
- Act as subject matter expert and system administrator for our Applicant Tracking and Onboarding Systems.
- Oversee the administration of background check, I-9, E-Verify, and other pre-boarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to hiring and onboarding, diversity initiatives, and budget restrictions.
- Use systems and tools to create reports, analyze data, and identify risks and opportunities across the Talent Acquisition function.
- Lead employment branding initiatives and oversee company career pages on various recruitment platforms.
- Plan and execute training for hiring managers and talent acquisition team members on talent acquisition process es , interviewing, selection, ATS, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead Talent Acquisition experience initiatives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and positive customer relationships throughout the Talent Acquisition life cycle.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategic and large-scale staffing plans.
- Provide recommendations and implement actions that support the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Research, evaluate, and implement new processes, tools, training, and strategies to optimize the Talent Acquisition function and ensure company is able to successfully identify, attract, and hire high-caliber, professional, and diverse talent.
- May directly recruit for key positions and attend career fairs or other hiring events.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise .
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field, and at least 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (10 or more years preferred), with at least 3 years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Experience with employer branding and talent acquisition-related marketing.
- Strong knowledge of current talent acquisition tools, strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Advanced ATS management, administration, and reporting skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively across a diverse population.
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and internally driven to achieve excellence.
- Excellent computer skills, including Smartsheet, MS Office, Teams, Zoom, AI applications, and instant messaging platforms, with the interest and ability to identify and implement new technology tools.
- Strong and current knowledge of applicable state and federal laws and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to maintain compliance in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of key talent analytics, with the ability to successfully set appropriate goals, measure and analyze results, and make adjustments based on data.
- Customer focused, with the ability to understand and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to effectively motivate team members, balance workloads, monitor performance, mentor, coach and develop talent, and foster engagement.
- Ability to make significant contributions tactically, strategically, analytically, and creatively.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects.
