- 12 years or more of semiconductor experience in the 3PIP sourcing and partner management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Science or MBA or a related technical field.
- Experience in driving third party IP Phones leadership with complex, cross-functional deliverables with ambiguity, engaging and delivering results.
- Knowledge of product and technology development processes and strategies. Excellent collaborator across multiple business units to align and execute deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of design flows and third party IP Phones ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive, agile, high quality, and cost effective external manufacturing technology and manufacturing solutions to enable Google to deliver product introduction and ramp on time to meet business goals. This includes foundry/Outsourced Assembly and Test (OSAT) sourcing, supplier management, strategic partnerships, planning and procurement, and execution of development and manufacturing operations, with our suppliers in partnership with Google Engineering and Product. You will also develop strategy, develop and orchestrate with key stakeholders to shape the supply ecosystem for better partnership, capacity flexibility, high quality, business continuity, and cost effectiveness.
- Drive third party IP Phones partner engagements.
- Manage the business strategy, financial terms, agreement timelines, and contract process from start to finish.
- Evaluate opportunities and provide recommendations to the management team. Communicate and collaborate with a broad range of cross-functional constituents (product, engineering, marketing, finance, sales, legal).
- Build, maintain and evolve relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on product plans/roadmaps with technical stakeholders, taking into consideration how Google can best collaborate with relevant partner ecosystems.
