Skills and Competencies
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software development is required.
- AI: Hands-on experience building and deploying Agentic AI solutions using tools like FastMCP interacting with Azure OpenAI API, and various other LLMs. Experience with RAG-based implementation is essential.
- AI Coding Tools: Experience working with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or similar.
- Full-Stack Development Expertise: Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with strong proficiency in both front-end (React) and back-end (Django, FastAPI, Flask) frameworks. Ability to go through API documentation of any product and develop solutions using best practices.
- Cloud and DevOps: Skilled in designing cloud-based solutions across Azure, with experience in containerization (Docker), DevOps pipelines using GithHub actions, and version control (Git).
- Databases: Proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and NoSQL (Cosmos DB) systems; experienced in auditing and resolving data quality issues.
- Data validation & Security: Understanding of secure coding practices, authentication, and data masking; Familiarity with AI observability frameworks like LangSmith is a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.
Responsibilities
We are seeking an AI Engineer to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business processes and customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks, along with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with cloud platforms.
- Work on AI application and agent development, integrating Python backends with modern front-end frameworks, and deploying solutions on Azure.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based chatbots and business domain-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, contributing to both UI and backend development while translating UX/UI designs into functional interfaces.
- Write secure, reusable code, enforce best practices, and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering field
