Raytheon is looking for a Financial Analyst to join one of our dynamic Program Finance Teams. The Analyst will support the Army portfolio of programs within EO/IR Solutions product line with financial cost review, financial reporting, forecasting, presentations and other strategic analysis. This position is an excellent opportunity to learn the program finance fundamentals.
This position is currently designated as Onsite. However, the successful candidate will be required to work onsite from one of the following locations, McKinney TX, El Segundo, CA, or Tucson AZ.
What You Will Do
- Primary responsibilities include partnering with the Program Manager and CAMs/IPTLs (Cost Account Managers/ Integrated Product Team Leads) and provide personal involvement in the successful proposal and execution of the contract.
- The analyst will ensure that all required financial inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed and submitted on time.
- Responsibilities include variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting, and Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) development.
- Additional responsibilities include learning and following compliance with internal EV analysis and reporting.
- You will be responsible for providing the internal financial planning (e.g., bookings, sales, profit and cash forecasting and analysis) and billings as well as actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects.
- You will also gain exposure and assist in proposal activity, such as providing data to support BOEs, gate packages charts, etc.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree with Exposure to Finance / Accounting or related discipline preferred or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant Finance work experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SAP/APEX/PRISM.

Additional Information
- This position is grade P1, Financial Analyst.
- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
