- Lead a finance analysis team
- Establish partnership with COO Finance and Field Operations leaders to deliver top line metrics and analyses while driving best practices globally
- Participate in planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting of financial performance across WW Territories teams
- Work with other finance teams including, HQ, Tax and Treasury to align financial reporting and forecasting
- Communicate effectively process updates, key deliverables, and timelines to the team and stakeholders
- Act as key interface with Finance HQ and Systems Team to ensure information requirements align with Corporate and COO Finance strategy
- Oversee quarter end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations review and quarterly business reviews
- Support the FA team through quarter end close and GEO End of Quarter process
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA a plus
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing people, with demonstrated ability to develop talent, teams and build succession plans
- Minimum 10 years of finance experience, including Sales Finance
- Demonstrated ability to successfully influence senior management
- Executive Management and influence, Management Reporting, Decision-making, Business Partnership
- Subscription planning, Topline Management, P&L Management, Controllership
- SAP/MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word)/Tableau/ TM1/ Adaptive/ Anaplan/ Hyperion/ SQL/ Python/ Power BI
