Work you'll do
The Analytic Production Manager will lead, manage, and provide cyber threat intelligence and cybersecurity analysis to incident response and vulnerability management operations. This role involves identifying, prioritizing, routing, tracking, and managing both ad hoc and standing analytic production needs, as well as assessing the efficiency of existing information exchange and management systems, and implementing new methods as necessary.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,663 to $179,438.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work you'll do

- Lead, manage, and provide cyber threat intelligence (CTI) and cybersecurity analysis to incident response and vulnerability management operations.
- Identify, prioritize, route, track, and manage both ad hoc and standing information and analytic production needs.
- Lead efforts to provide situational awareness and input to a common operational picture.
- Assess the efficiency of existing information exchange and management systems, modify, and implement new methods.
- Possess knowledge in Information and Production Requirements Management.
- Experience using and refining production and requirements management platforms and processes.
- Coordinate with other work units to meet information needs, RFIs, and analytic gaps.
- Develop and document repeatable and effective processes for SOPs and WIs.
- Coordinate all-source production activities and validate all-source analytic requirements and plans.
- Advise stakeholders on course of action development and recommend adjustments to information management strategies.
- Maintain awareness of the dynamic operating environment and report on near-term changes in adversary tactics, techniques, procedures, and technology.
- Prepare network reports and analyze adversary behavior, ensuring information requirements and collection plans are accurate and up-to-date.
- Determine if priority information requirements are satisfied and identify gaps in understanding of target technology
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in cybersecurity.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required with SCI eligibility.
- Must be local to the Arlington, VA area and able to come onsite in Arlington, VA.
- 10+ years' experience with All-Source Intelligence Analysis.
- 5+ years' experience of intelligence reporting including: Production Requirements Management, creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and building processes for Working Instructions (WI).
- 5+ years of experience using cybersecurity frameworks such as Mitre ATT&CK.
- 2+ years of Cyber Security experience in one or more of the following areas: vulnerability management, threat reporting, threat assessments, network security, incident response, or intrusion detection methodologies.
Preferred:
- Relevant certifications such as Network+, Security+, Or CISM
- Experience in the energy sector or other critical infrastructure industries.
