Job Description

The Digital Solutions and Operational Intelligence team DSOI is seeking a Solution Management Sr. Consultant to support and enhance Risk Business Intelligence and Analytics Technology platforms. This role partners closely with a Product Owner to gather requirements define solutions coordinate release activities and support the global adoption of Risk BI and A tools.

The Sr. Consultant will work with Global and Regional Risk teams Technology BI and A Client Services and Change Management to deliver platform improvements data insights and operational enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical organized and effective at working across multiple workstreams.

Essential Functions

Product and Solution Support

  • Support the Product Owner with requirements gathering documentation user stories and solution definition
  • Support backlog preparation organization and prioritization for development teams
  • Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate releases and enhancements
  • Monitor platform performance track issues and collaborate with Technology teams on resolution
  • Support user training release communications and readiness activities
  • Provide user support and help stakeholders follow best practices when using BI and A tools

Risk and Data Analysis

  • Build subject matter knowledge of Risk BI and A data models reporting layers dashboards and analytics workflows
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and risk governance groups
  • Analyze system usage workflow data and process trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Perform data validation tasks support data quality reviews and assist with data migration when needed

Exceptions and Governance Support

  • Execute and maintain the Risk BI and A exception management process
  • Review exception requests for completeness and alignment to control expectations
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity Risk Assessment and other internal teams involved in exception analysis
  • Maintain tracking dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Support governance forums including agendas meeting notes and follow up actions

Stakeholder Coordination and Process Improvement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Risk BI and A Technology Client Services and Compliance
  • Document business needs enhancement requests and process gaps and translate them into structured requirements
  • Contribute to business case development for new features enhancements and platform investments
  • Maintain proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Technical engineering experience with query languages (e.g., SQL, Hive) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau)
  • Experience working with program management tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Demonstrated experience working on cross-functional business intelligence initiatives
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex and technical information into clear recommendations and courses of actions
  • Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enjoys asking the next question and searching for deeper knowledge about everything
  • A team player and collaborator, works well with a diverse group of individuals in a matrixed environment
  • Visa experience or knowledge of payments or client service industries is desirable
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects as a scrum master or product owner

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is $143,700 to $230,200 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).  If you are located in Colorado, the estimated salary range for this position is $143,700 USD to $230,200 USD per year.  Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
