Skills and Competencies

Required

• 1-3 years of professional relevant work experience, preferably in a financial institution
• Strong organizational and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and efficient time management
• A proactive and customer-centric service orientation, with the ability to learn process changes quickly

Preferred

• Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce, including reporting and dashboards, is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Marketo is desired
• Direct client engagement experience is desired
• Background knowledge in credit and/or research

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a similar field is required

Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class support for global investor outreach activities, including email campaigns, CRM support, and reporting

• Work independently to conduct email outreach campaigns and provide navigation support for Marketo/Salesforce users
• Respond to standard and ad-hoc reporting requests for the Investor Contact Management program from management and rating groups
• Document support processes, templates, and FAQs to build and maintain a knowledge base
• Provide on-the-job guidance to new team members
• Conduct testing for maintenance and enhancement releases for our core platforms
• Collaborate with project teams to implement changes and improvements to processes and templates
• Ensure error-free output on all tasks and achieve efficiency targets

About the team

Our MIS Research support team is responsible for providing best-in-class service to global rating analysts and senior managers with their investor outreach activities. We contribute to Moody's by executing high-quality email outreach campaigns, ensuring effective use of our CRM and marketing automation platforms, and delivering accurate reporting to support strategic engagement. By joining our team, you will be part of a dynamic, global function based in San Jose, Costa Rica, playing a key role in Moody's investor relations efforts.
