Technical Architect -Technical Delivery Master - AI & Engineering

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Architect the technical solution for the project and implement the data solution needed to implement Ai for Employee Experience.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• 15+ Years of Experience delivering complex enterprise technology programs across cloud, data, and application domains.
• 15+ Years of Experience with Snowflake or equivalent
• 15+ Years of Experience with Informatica or equivalent enterprise ETL tooling.
• 15+ Years of Front-end development experience with React and Node.js.
• 15+ Years of hands-on delivery of LLM-based solutions, including POC development and production integration.
• 15+ Years of RAG architecture design and implementation using LangChain and OpenAI APIs.
• 15+ Years of Adobe AEM or Adobe Experience Platform delivery across large-scale digital properties.
• 15+ Years of Master Data Management integration experience across complex, multi-entity enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
