Work you'll do:

As an Extended Workforce Solutions Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following:
  • Lead workshops to define end-to-end processes; drive design decisions and stakeholder alignment (business, IT, procurement, finance/AP, HR, MSP/suppliers).
  • Own fit-to-standard solution design: configuration approach, controls, operating model, and clear documentation.
  • Own Fieldglass configuration delivery (impact assessment → build → unit test → release readiness) across:
    • CW: Job Postings, candidate submission/review (as applicable), Work Orders/Assignments, Time Sheets, Expense Sheets, approvals/exceptions, supplier enablement.
    • Services Procurement (SOW): SOW setup/approvals/revisions, deliverables/milestones and acceptance (as used), governance, services invoicing alignment.
    • Invoicing: invoice rules/validations, approvals, dispute handling, audit-ready controls.
    • Profile Worker (Worker Profile) lifecycle
  • Lead/co-lead integrations with SAP/non-SAP (e.g., S/4HANA or ECC, SAP Ariba, SuccessFactors, finance/AP, HR/payroll, IAM): requirements, mappings, interface specs, error handling/monitoring, reconciliation, and end-to-end flow validation.
  • Define and execute data approach (suppliers, users/roles, cost objects-cost centers/WBS, rate components, open Work Orders and SOWs) to ensure operational readiness.
  • Own SIT/UAT support, defect triage/closure, cutover and go-live readiness; lead hyper care stabilization activities.
  • Support and deliver File-based integrations: SFTP, scheduled imports/exports, flat-file formats (CSV/XML), mapping/transformations
  • Be able to support SAP back-end touchpoints such as cost objects (cost center/WBS/internal orders), GL coding/finance objects, vendor/supplier alignment, AP/invoicing integration concepts
  • Set up and execute reporting/operational analytics such as standard reports, custom report requirements, data extracts
  • Support and deliver the environment & release management: configuration migration approach, regression impact assessment, release/readiness coordination (client + suppliers + integration teams)

The Extended Workforce Solutions Team

In Deloitte's Human Capital practice, we help our clients exploit new technologies, reduce costs and improve operating effectiveness through process improvements, shared services, outsourcing and employee self-service, by helping them drive the value this delivers and help the business achieve its strategic objectives in performance and growth. Our Extended Workforce Solutions Team helps align the needs and priorities of the client organization with those of its workforce, while ensuring the long-term success of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of related experience in SAP Fieldglass implementations - design thru operate
  • 4+ years of Consulting experienceworking with external clients
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience leading requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetings
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectorsyou serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working with global fortune 500 firms
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience supporting other VMS platforms such as Beeline, Vndly, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis) and developing client-ready PowerPoint presentations for executive-level audiences.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $118,700 - $218,600.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
