The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work you'll do
As an Unqork Business Analyst on the Insurance Transformation team, you will be responsible for...
- Leading requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for Unqork-based solutions
- Analyzing insurance business processes and identifying opportunities to improve workflow, data capture, straight-through processing, and user experience through industry solutions
- Partnering with product owners, solution architects, developers, testers, and client teams to translate functional requirements into Unqork configurations, process designs, and delivery plans
- Supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance activities; tracking requirements through delivery and helping resolve functional issues
- Developing process flows, business rules, data requirements, and documentation to support implementation, training, change management, and release readiness
A successful candidate would possess these skills:

- Ability to build credibility and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, client teams, and cross-functional delivery teams

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for technology implementations
- 4+ years supporting requirements, process design, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solutions built on the Unqork platform
- 2+ years supporting agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and user acceptance testing
- 1+ implementation in Insurance or Financial Services involving policy, claims, billing, underwriting, servicing, or distribution processes
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree
- 4+ years supporting end-to-end implementations from discovery through deployment
- 2+ years working with insurance business processes, including policy administration, claims, billing, underwriting, or distribution
- 1+ Unqork implementation involving requirements traceability, configuration support, and user acceptance testing
- 1+ project involving application programming interface integrations and data mapping between business and technical teams
- Unqork certification, if available
