Work You'll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
  • Lead end-to-end SFMC workstream delivery as the primary SFMC functional lead in an Agile, multi-sponsor environment.
  • Translate sponsor/State business objectives into clear functional requirements, prioritized backlogs, and delivery-ready intake.
  • Direct campaign strategy and execution design (segmentation, targeting, personalization, journeys).
  • Proactively assess and surface privacy/compliance/governance risks and implications before build begins.
  • Provide technical oversight with architects/developers to validate solution design, data usage, integrations, and journey logic.
  • Advise the Product Owner and stakeholders with impact/tradeoff assessments and release readiness guidance.
  • Evaluate platform capabilities and tradeoffs across SFMC Engagement, Marketing Cloud Next, and Data Cloud.
  • Partner with architecture and data teams to assess integration patterns (API, data ingestion, identity resolution) and governance tier implications.
  • Drive intake-to-decision packaging for new use cases, including data boundary assessment and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing technology delivery across business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to engage senior/executive stakeholders with strong presence, judgment, and influence.
  • Hands-on functional expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign validation and journey design considerations.
  • Experience operating effectively in regulated environments with strong sensitivity to governance, privacy, and compliance constraints.
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform capabilities) and/or Marketing Cloud Next.
  • Demonstrated understanding of identity resolution, consent models, segmentation architecture, and cross-system data movement in marketing ecosystems.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:
  • Functional Requirements Development - Proven ability to translate complex objectives into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Management - Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders, especially in multi-sponsor or highly regulated public-sector environments.
  • Experience evaluating replatforming efforts (e.g., Commercial Cloud to Gov Cloud) and associated data governance implications.
  • Experience working in Agile environments where intake, refinement discipline, and Definition of Ready/Done are tightly managed.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100000 to $180000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
