Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $75000 to $115000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.

Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst on the project, you will:
Provide Planning & tracking support
- Maintain the project plan (milestones, dates, owners) and update progress from workstream leads.
- Track deliverables and due dates; follow up on overdue items.
- Support basic resource/capacity tracking (who is allocated to what, upcoming gaps).
Status reporting & dashboards
- Compile weekly status reports (schedule, scope, budget-if applicable, risks/issues, decisions needed).
- Update simple dashboards (often Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Ensure reporting is consistent, on time, and aligned to agreed definitions (e.g., RAG health).
RAID & decision management
- Maintain the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies): capture updates, confirm owners, due dates, and next steps.
- Track and publish action items and decision logs; chase closure and document outcomes.
- Flag emerging risks early to the PM/PMO lead with a short "what happened / impact / proposed next step."
Governance & meeting coordination
- Schedule meetings, manage invites, and coordinate attendees across teams/vendors.
- Prepare agendas and pre-reads; capture minutes and distribute within agreed timelines.
- Run routine ceremonies when asked (e.g., weekly status meeting) and keep conversations on track.
Documentation & process hygiene
- Maintain the project's SharePoint/Confluence site and ensure artifacts are current and easy to find.
- Manage templates and ensure teams use standard formats.
- Support change control administration (log change requests, route for approval, record decisions).
Financial/admin support (if in scope)
- Help with timesheet reminders/compliance tracking.
- Track purchase orders/invoices at a basic level and reconcile against budget trackers (with oversight).
Communication & stakeholder support
- Draft clear communications (status notes, reminders, meeting summaries).
- Coordinate inputs across workstreams and ensure leadership gets a consolidated view.

- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Past experience with NM ASPEN.
- Ability to be on-site at the New Mexico office full-time
