This position is part of AML Functions and Technology team and will work closely with business teams, technology developers and other stakeholders to support product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Watch this video to learn more about Citi
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Carry out analysis of the business requirements, determine feasibility, working out with stakeholders for business decisions.
Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining, and carrying out necessary processes and practices.
Manage and support the product backlog into features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns and provide insights to improve business decision making.
Collaborate closely with developers to implement requirements and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
Identifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadership.
Documents projects including business objectives, data gathering and processes, leading approaches, final solution design, and detailed set of results and analytical metrics.
Contribute to the team in various aspects – knowledge sharing, guidance to more junior members, contribute to design, establish best practices and methodologies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Total 8+ years of working experience in business analysis and/or product ownership with at least 3 years of experience in implementing AML and Financial Crime solutions and providing expertise in large scale projects.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Data driven and results-oriented.
Proven experience in analysis, design, development, and implementation of business solutions in a large-scale enterprise setup.
Proficient in database, querying and analyzing large scale datasets for analysis, creating effective data visualizations and presentation to business teams and stakeholders.
OTHER SKILLS:
Excellent communication skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts and analysis implications to varied audiences.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable analysis and define clear product requirements.
Proven ability to work with teams that are geographically separated.
Should be a self-starter with a high level of initiative.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant qualifications suitable for this role. Master's degree is a plus.
