What You Will Do:
Ensure bi weekly/monthly meetings are scheduled with Marketing/Events & Product Managers.
HCP Contract Process Management.
HCP Faculty Relations Management – working with marketing & events team.
Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated.
Ensuring Divisional Needs Assessment is prepared, approved & followed.
Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities & relations in guidance with compliance rules
Support with KPI management for the manager.
Support with continuous process and tools improvement reviews.
What You Need:
College/B.S. degree equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in events management, Medical education or relevant experience in corporate companies.
Fluency in local language as well as English.
Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company.
Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance.
Microsoft Office knowledge.
Experience with contract management and processing.
