Job Details
We are seeking a proactive and analytical professional to support and enable our Regional Sales teams in driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency. This role will serve as a key bridge between Regional Visa Direct and Global teams ensuring cross functional alignment, data-driven decision-making, and seamless execution of initiatives.
1. Strategic Support:
Assist the Head of Global Visa Direct Revenue Operations in evaluating global and regional, internal and external strategic projects aimed at increasing revenue. Support the coordination of strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing revenue.
Help to achieve the long-term revenue and transformation of Global Visa Direct while working with key members of the Global CMS and Visa Direct Teams, regional Visa Direct teams as well as but not limited to Strategy, Finance, Pricing, Deal teams on an ongoing basis.
Be the strategic partner to the Head of Global Visa Direct Revenue Operations, organize and prioritize critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision-making.
Manage specific deliverables for the Head of Global Visa Direct Revenue Operations ensuring timely completion, including ensuring that expected actions are acted upon and addressing time-sensitive business requests from senior management.
2. Revenue Optimization:
Support Sales strategy execution through effective and quick realization of pricing changes across regions. Track and pursue pricing opportunities for Visa Direct identified by regional teams. Partner with the Pricing team to relay sales feedback and ensure pricing updates are effectively executed.
Collaborate with Sellers and the Visa Direct Enterprise Clients team to identify new corridor opportunities for major remitters and originators within both Card and Non-Card rails strategies. Partner with the Sales team to unlock the selling process for strategically important corridors.
Closely partner with Regional Business Planning & Operations and Commercialization teams to gather insights on revenue opportunities, operational inefficiencies, blockers, and market challenges. Translate regional feedback into actionable strategies at the global level.
Engage with multiple teams across the organization to implement revenue improvement initiatives. Lead process design and development from scratch when needed, ensuring alignment, stakeholder buy-in, and smooth execution to build a best-in-class sales organization.
Support the Visa Direct team in strategic decision-making, leveraging data and analytics to drive revenue optimization.
Provide comprehensive support to the Global Visa Direct Head and Global Head of Visa Direct Strategy & Business Operations throughout the Annual Operating Plan process. This involves coordinating expense and headcount requests across multiple teams, prioritizing those requests to align with strategic objectives, ensuring accurate budget integration across functions, and developing high-impact executive materials for AOP submission.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement best practices across the sales organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics or equivalent degree
Strong analytical background and extensive experience in revenue optimization, business strategy, business transformation in multinational organizations.
Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently at coordinating cross functional activities, obtain buy-in and elevate issues at critical junctures appropriately.
Self-motivated, can do’ attitude. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Strong PC and high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation necessary. Active listening skills required.
Ability to explain complex business concepts to broad audiences in an approachable way.
Comfort leading and working closely with cross-functional teams required.
Fluency in English
Understanding of payments industry, Visa business, Visa Directs, or experience in Payment Systems would be an advantage.
