Regional HR Director

We’re transforming how HR operates—automating routine work, elevating employee and manager self‑service, and using data to drive faster, smarter decisions. Our Regional People and Advisory Team are at the heart of this change to enhance employee experience. Join us as we shape a future where HR is digital, data‑driven, and truly human‑centred.

We’re looking for an HR professional who is inclusive and culturally aware, able to build trust across diverse teams and regions. You should be comfortable aligning HR strategies with business priorities, using data and insight to support growth. Adaptability and curiosity are key—you learn quickly, embrace change, and approach challenges with practical problem-solving. Strong communication and relationship-building skills matter, as does the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. Above all, you understand how organisations work and can get things done through collaboration and sound judgement.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Regional HR Director, you will:

  • Consultation & Problem-Solving: Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees, resolving complex issues using judgement and leveraging global HR networks when needed.
  • Employee Relations & Performance: Handle Tier 2 consultations, ER investigations, conflict resolution, policy guidance, and terminations.
  • Regional HR Leadership: Manage the HR team in the region and lead site engagement activities (e.g., stay interviews, focus groups).
  • Performance & Compensation: Drive cyclical performance processes and deliver compensation analysis in partnership with Rewards.
  • Labour Relations & Compliance: Support union negotiations, works council activities, and ensure compliance on leaves, accommodations, and Occupational Health & Safety.
  • Strategic Projects & Processes: Execute RIF processes, provide M&A integration support, maintain accurate case records, and identify automation/self-service opportunities.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Regional HR Director if you have the following required experience, knowledge and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s in HR Management, or relevant degree.
  • 8+ years HR experience in within multi-country or regional scope; solid understanding of HR operations and compliance.
  • Day to day people management experience.
  • Working knowledge of local labor law, unions/works councils, leaves/accommodations frameworks, and RIF practices.
  • Effective organization, communication, discretion, and cultural awareness.
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish and French labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and French. Working knowledge of Italian is a plus.

Additional experience/knowledge include:

  • HR Expertise: Skilled in employee relations investigations, performance coaching/PIPs, compensation consultation, leaves/accommodations, union/works council interactions, and RIF processes.
  • Operational Excellence: Proficient in case management tools, meeting SLAs, creating knowledge articles, and leveraging HR data/reporting for insights.
  • Policy & Change Management: Strong in policy interpretation, documentation, facilitation, and managing change and conflict effectively.
  • Automation & AI: Experienced in enabling self-service resources, templates, and using AI tools to improve compliance, efficiency, and recommend automation opportunities.

Please apply with a CV in English. The deadline for applications is 1159hrs Friday 23rd January 2026
