Job Description

The Non-FI Sales Analyst will play an essential role in developing and growing Visa’s business with focus on managing relationships with Visa Non-FIs Clients in Vietnam and Laos, such as merchants, eWallets, payment facilitators, digital enablers, large corporates, conglomerates and fintech players.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing partnerships, alliances and commercial deals.

Being the primary point of contact for those clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems to nurture and expand business with key clients and stakeholders.

As a Non-FI Sales Analyst, you will act as the key liaison point between Visa and our key non-FI clients, overseeing a wide range of projects and client requests, and ensuring that all activities across the various partnerships are carried out in accordance with the agreed sales operations and governance models and assisting the team with the client incentive agreement management.

In this role you will:

  • Maintain and strengthen day-to-day relationship management for a select group of strategic partners, expanding Visa’s reach
  • Explore strategic opportunities from proposal stage through implementation by providing project management and cross-functional coordination, developing and executing business plans to increase sales volume and market share
  • Expand existing relationships and partnerships through the selling of Visa products and services, utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Document opportunities and initiatives in Microsoft Dynamics in an appropriate, consistent and timely manner
  • Support the preparation and tracking of client incentive agreements, contracts, and governance documentation.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market trends.
  • Organize client meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and follow-up actions.
  • Comply with internal controls and record-keeping, developing an understanding of Visa rules, policies, processes, and procedures

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience with related to sales and management experience
  • Excellent negotiation skills for business agreements and managing relationships and high level of curiosity to learn Visa products and services
  • Hands-on approach to directly manage end-to-end client relationships & internal Visa stakeholders, directly working on required tasks
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, including Client Business Reviews, to all client levels
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and professionalism with flexible problem-solving skills and strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Vietnamese
  • Adaptable to a dynamic and complex working environment, with a strong desire to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment products and services
  • Ability to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced
  • Highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
