We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in Salesforce and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful implementation of Salesforce and related platforms such as Conga, CLM, and other SaaS tools.

About The Role:

As Associate Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for: 

  • Project Delivery Management
    • Lead and manage technical delivery of Salesforce and SaaS projects from initiation to deployment.
    • Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
    • Maintain high-quality standards with minimal post-production issues.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and integration.
    • Understand and oversee implementation of Conga and contract lifecycle management tools.
    • Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and secure solutions.
    • Stay updated on Salesforce and SaaS trends, certifications, and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and internal teams.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
    • Maintain Stakeholder satisfaction-CSAT score.
  • Governance & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
    • Maintain documentation for technical solutions and delivery processes.
    • Manage Resources and cost utilization.
About You:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years in IT delivery management with at least 5+ years in Salesforce/SaaS projects.
  • Hands-on understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Conga tools and contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and integration patterns.
  • Knowledge of SaaS delivery models and cloud architecture.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges
  • Salesforce certifications or  Conga & CLM Certifications or Delivery & Project Management Certifications are added advantage.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (ADO, Jira, Confluence).
  • Exposure to other SaaS platforms and integration tools.
