We are seeking an experienced Associate Technical Delivery Lead with a strong background in Salesforce and SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving successful implementation of Salesforce and related platforms such as Conga, CLM, and other SaaS tools.
About The Role:As Associate Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Project Delivery Management
- Lead and manage technical delivery of Salesforce and SaaS projects from initiation to deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain high-quality standards with minimal post-production issues.
- Technical Expertise
- Provide guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and integration.
- Understand and oversee implementation of Conga and contract lifecycle management tools.
- Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and secure solutions.
- Stay updated on Salesforce and SaaS trends, certifications, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and internal teams.
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
- Maintain Stakeholder satisfaction-CSAT score.
- Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain documentation for technical solutions and delivery processes.
- Manage Resources and cost utilization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years in IT delivery management with at least 5+ years in Salesforce/SaaS projects.
- Hands-on understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, etc.).
- Familiarity with Conga tools and contract lifecycle management processes.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of SaaS delivery models and cloud architecture.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and motivated by complex technical and business challenges
- Salesforce certifications or Conga & CLM Certifications or Delivery & Project Management Certifications are added advantage.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (ADO, Jira, Confluence).
- Exposure to other SaaS platforms and integration tools.
